Aims & Objectives
- To design and develop transnational vocationally deliverable training modules to promote the
benefits of a diverse workforce and create a culture of acceptance of difference in order to reach
a balance of staff which are more representational of each partner country
- To develop two training products
- Short Term - to raise awareness and understanding of the benefits of a diverse workforce
and how to deal with members of differing communities
- Long Term - to enhance recruitment, retention and promotion of under-represented groups.
To change attitude, culture and behaviour within.
To change the white male image into an organisation which employs diverse groups
and represents the population it serves
